DST_Data.csv contains the data used in Davidson, Stephenson and Turasie, "Time series modelling of paleoclimate data".

The original internet sources are referenced in the paper. The series in this file are linearly interpolated from the reported {date, value} pairs to impute observations to 798 equally spaced dates at 1kyr year intervals. 

"Ice" is reported at 1kyr intervals in the source file, and hence unmodified here, except at some early dates where observations are at 2kyr intervals and observations at alternate dates are interpolated.   

Units are: degrees Celsius (temperature); parts per ten thousand (CO2 and CH4); and relative abundance of d18O isotope in foraminifera samples (%) (Ice).
